Who We Are
Our website address is: https://avvocato.vamtam.com/.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized hash derived from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to check for profile association. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Upon comment approval, your profile image becomes publicly visible alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, please avoid embedding location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may download and extract such data from the uploaded images.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to save your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last one year.
We also set a temporary cookie on the login page to check if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when the browser closes.
Upon login, several cookies are created to save your login status and screen preferences. Login cookies last two days; screen option cookies last one year. Selecting “Remember Me” extends your login to two weeks. Logout deletes login cookies.
Editing or publishing an article creates an additional cookie that stores the post ID; it contains no personal data and expires after one day.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content behaves identically as if the visitor accessed the source website directly.
These websites may collect personal data, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor interactions with the embedded content, particularly if you are logged in to that third-party website.
Who We Share Your Data With
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email to help verify the request.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to streamline future comment approvals. For users that register, personal information is stored in their profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their data anytime (excluding usernames). Administrators can also access and modify user data.
Your Data Rights
If you have an account or have posted comments, you may request an export of your personal data, or request its deletion. This does not include data we are obliged to retain for legal, administrative, or security reasons.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor comments may be screened through an automated spam detection service to ensure site security and integrity.
